An original Gartrac G4 Escort. (Not a Genesis / Titan copy !) One of only a handful of original Gartrac cars ever built, with Martin Schanche & John Welsh X-trac cars being the most notable. The G4 was post G3, basically it was a G3 converted to take 4wd system. This car was built for Rallying not rallycross and was equally successful, winning events outright but eventually fell into clubman hands and was eventually parked up and not used. it is cosmetically scruffy but solid – requires some TLC but it retains all its original Gartrac parts, Alloy arches, Alloy tanks, X-member & suspension, pedal box etc. In fact it is exactly was it ran when new apart from an engine/box change. Could be used in either rally or Retro rallycross in its current spec or restored to its former glory making this a very rare and iconic car to own.
