Brief previous History
This car started life as a LHD Full Group A car reg. 6982PM (French plate) , built by Ford Motorsport Satellite team RED motorsport for D. Auriol in the export 33 colours , After his use the plate went back to France and RED sold the rolling shell to P.Doughty in England , Gordon Vincent then converted the shell to RHD for him . P. Doughty had been using an ex Ford GP.B Securicor car (C236 HVW) which was getting very tired hence his new purchase. The car was re-prepared and went on to become very successful in UK and Ireland etc. . . . The car then fell into clubman hands and eventually was parked up and not used. The car has just gone through a major bare shell rebuild by an ex D.O.M.E mechanic.
Professional Bare shell rebuild, several new panels, finished in Ford Diamond white, fitted with original Ford body arch kit, bumpers and rear aerofoil.
Built by Dave Brooks (set up dyno hours only – no miles) New block de stressed , New HP oil pump , New high flow water pump, Late 2wd head, ported to GP.A spec with GP.A cams etc. .Cosworth Pistons , original Cosworth GP.A compression 7.2;1 , Cosworth crank (std/std) and Cosworth rods, GP.A brackets and pulleys , GP.A big wing sump, Grey injectors, Original GP.A ECU , New throttle body , New GP.A turbo and actuator , GP.A PAS and 909 150 amp alternator. New map sensors, coil, motorsport leads etc. . . .
Gp.A Getrag gear box , fully rebuilt , all new bearings , seals , etc. with 909 long bell housing .New AP 4 paddle clutch , Propshaft rebuilt with new bearings , 9″ Rear diff , just rebuilt with new 4.44 CWP , New rear GP.A shafts and joints ,

Ford 909 motorsport Tarmac Front 2 1/4 adj platform Bilstein struts currently with tarmac springs, adj compression struts, and adj TCA’s, Mag front hub uprights Bladed anti roll bars front and rear , GP.A top mounts , Rear Bilstein magnesium coil over dampers with tarmac springs. Rose jointed adj rear trailing arms.
Ford 909 radiator , new intercooler , new oil cooler , RHD quick rack , 909 sump guard , Brand new wiring loom (made by the same man who made it for the car when it was new) New Premier bag tank , all new plumbing etc. New seats , belts and much more …,many original period features …..
